Abstract
The effects of penicillin and picrotoxin on the increase in membrane conductance produced by γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) at the hermit crab neuromuscular junction were investigated. Penicillin failed to block the effects of GABA, while picrotoxin proved to be a potent antagonist.Keywords
