RESPONSE OF MEDULLOBLASTOMA TO VINCRISTINE SULFATE: A CASE REPORT

Abstract
A 5½-year-old, Caucasian girl with metastatic medulloblastoma to the spinal cord was treated with vincristine sulfate. After four weekly injections of vincristine there was symptomatic improvement. Presently, 10 months after instituting vincristine therapy the patient attends school regularly and is doing well in school. This girl is the second patient with a recurrent medulloblastoma to respond to the administration of vincristine sulfate.
