Abstract
Carbobenzoxy‐L‐histidyl‐L‐seryl‐L‐glutaminyl‐glycyl‐L‐threonyl‐L‐phenylalnin‐hydrazid und Carbobenzoxy‐L‐threonyl‐L‐seryl‐L‐asparaginyl‐L‐tyrosyl‐L‐serin‐hydrazid, die die N‐terminalen Aminosäuresequenzen 1–6 und 7–11 des Glukagons darstellen, wurden unter Verwendung der Azid‐, Carbodiimid‐, p‐Nitrophenylester‐ und gemischten Anhydrid‐Methode synthetisiert. Die optische Reinheit der Zwischenprodukte wurde durch Abbau mit Leucinaminopeptidase bewiesen. Die Darstellungen von tert.‐Butyloxycarbonyl‐L‐threoninhydrazid und Nα‐tert.‐Butyloxycarbonyl‐L‐histidinhydrazid werden beschrieben.Keywords
