Abstract
Southern bean mosaic virus RNA was translated in wheat embryo extracts and in nuclease-treated rabbit reticulocyte lysates. Four principal products were synthesized: 2 related products with MW of 105,000 and 75,000, a product with a MW of 29,000 that closely resembled coat protein and a product with a MW of 14,000. Their proportion depended on ionic conditions and the translational system used. This publication has 28 references indexed in Scilit:
