Abstract
Fruiting stems of Zostera marina were gathered in late Aug. and held in a copper-screened box submerged in a tidal salt creek. This was done to permit the spathes to decompose and release the seeds for planting. By late Oct. all seeds were free from spathes and many seeds had germinated, some of the seedlings attaining the first green leaf stage. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
