Abstract
The amino acid composition, isoelectric point, specificity of the antibody raised and various catalytic properties were determined for 2′:3′-cyclic nucleotide 3′-phosphodiesterase (EC 3.1.4.37) purified from bovine brain white matter by a procedure involving solubilization with elastase (EC 3.4.21.11).This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
