Abstract
The production rates for toponium in collisions are calculated for a top-quark mass in the range of 100-200 GeV including the effects of standard-model Higgs-boson exchange. The effects due to this exchange fall off rapidly with the Higgs-boson mass, but lead to changes comparable to those due to uncertainties in for a light Higgs boson.
