Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 50-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of hypercalcemia.She had been well until 20 months previously, when there was the onset of fatigue. Nine months before entry the fatigue increased, accompanied by generalized muscle weakness, anorexia and a loss of 11 kg in weight during the next four months. Periodic nausea developed, and six months before admission she began to vomit intermittently.
