Abstract
Few cases of spontaneous epidural hematoma of the spinal cord in children have been described. A 6 yr old girl with cord compression from an extradural clot, who complained of thoracic back pain for 3 mo. before becoming paraplegic was evaluated. Spontaneous epidural bleeding may be responsible for episodic back pain and cord compression in children. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
