Abstract
Purulent nasal discharge (discharge that is thick, opaque and colored) is a common clinical symptom in pediatrie patients. Although it may occur at any age it is probably most problematic and most common in children between birth and 2 to 3 years of age. This article reviews the differential diagnosis, evaluation and management of purulent nasal discharge in children.Keywords
