Abstract
The accuracy of Moyle''s method for the estimation of succinic acid in tissue has been investigated using a standard solution of the acid. The amount recovered was 86 [plus or minus]2%. This was not as high as that obtained by Moyle in determinations in muscle (95 [plus or minus]5%). The method has been modified and adapted to the determination of succinic acid in blood, the amount of acid recovered being 87 [plus or minus]3%.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
