Abstract
Summary The hearts and livers of animals given intravenous digi toxin were homogenized and separated by centrifugation into nuclear, mitochondrial and homogeneous supernatant fractions. More than 85% of the digi toxin was found in the supernatant fractions of both heart and liver, while the mitochondria of the organs contained 3 and 0.1%.Keywords
