Abstract
Neutron capture up to 700 keV was measured for arsenic and bromine and for an enriched sample of 81Br. Individual resonance capture was parameterized in the first several kilo-electron-volts and average capture cross sections derived at the higher energies. Maxwellian average cross sections found for 79,81Br and 75As, respectively, were 741 ± 30, 244 ± 10, and 455 ± 18 mb for a temperature kT = 30 keV. Resonance capture integrals calculated for 79,81 Br, respectively, were 130 ± 5 and 46.6 ± 1.8 b.Keywords
