Abstract
By comparison of the number of 0.175-Mev gamma rays occurring in the decay of with the number of gallium x-rays proceeding from capture, the relative amount of capture in has been determined indirectly. Solid sources and a scintillation spectrometer were employed. The electron capture ratio is found to be 0.09±0.05, in agreement with theory.
