Abstract
• The characteristic clinical course, location, biologic behavior, and histologic pattern of hemangiopericytoma-like intranasal tumors are described, as are the differential diagnostic considerations. The importance of recognizing this tumor as a special variant of hemangiopericytoma because of its considerably more favorable prognosis is emphasized.
