Abstract
In a survey of storehouses insulated with sprayed crocidolite and amosite asbestos the insulation was found to be damaged because it was unprotected. Dust sampling tests showed that the occupants of these storehouses could be exposed to harmful levels of asbestos dust if the insulation or fallen asbestos debris was disturbed. It is suggested that this hazard may be controlled by sealing the insulation and providing means of protecting the sealed insulation against damage. Keywords
