Abstract
The nucleoside antibiotic toyocamycin was synthesized by condensation of the silylated 4-amino-6-bromo-5-cyanopyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine with 1-O-acetyl-2,3,5-tri-O-benzoyl-D-ribofuranose, followed by debromination and deblocking.Keywords
