Abstract
Properties of polymers in poor solvent are found by calculating irreducible diagrams to the order of one-loop. This approximation is valid for dilute and semi-dilute solutions. Expressions are given for the osmotic pressure, the size of a polymer in a solution and the density-density correlation function. A result obtained previously by S. F. Edwards and M. A. Moore is reproduced. However, as the method used here is more direct and flexible, it gives the possibility of calculating easily polydispersion effectsKeywords
