Abstract
The statistical relationship between the metereological conditions and the population of the air-borne fungi of the Athens metropolitan area were considered. It was found that during autumn and winter the number of suspended microfungi was more than double that which occurred during spring and summer. The fungal content appeared to be correlated positively with humidity and negatively with temperature, although during the analysis of the six predominant genera some exceptions were found to the general form of the results. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
