Abstract
6-Mercaptopurine in the free form and complexed with Pt, Pd or Bi was used at various dosage levels to treat L1210 leukemia in mice. Anticarcinogenic activity was shown by 6-mercaptopurine and the Pd and Bi complexes, inactivity by the Pt complex and toxicity by the highest dosage level of 6-mercaptopurine.
