Abstract
The real parts of the -channel helicity amplitudes, the differential cross section, and the polarization for are estimated at Ge by means of dispersion relations, -channel resonances, and dual absorptive requirements. The results are in satisfactory agreement with experiment and with recent amplitude analyses.
