Abstract
Three‐dimensional polynomials which occur as coefficients of the exponential in the wavefunctions of the harmonic oscillator are used in nuclear physics and kinetic theory of gases. A generating function for these polynomials is used to simplify the calculation of several integrals. These include the integrals involving products of two and three polynomials and the coefficients of the Talmi transformation. Explicit formula in terms of recoupling coefficients of angular momentum theory are obtained. Keywords
