Abstract
It is recommendable to use an analytical expression to compute the atomic scattering factor. Out of several possible analytical notations one is chosen where ln f ( s ) is represented by a polynomial expression. For three most common radiations (Cu, Mo, Ag) the available data of the International Tables were converted into seven coefficients per ion. A list of these coefficients is provided. Keywords
