Abstract
Volume holograms for subpicosecond pulse shaping are described. Experimental results with a camphorquinone-doped plastic hologram probed by a colliding-pulse mode-locked laser are presented. We observe a 2-THz beat frequency in the diffracted pulse. Keywords
