Abstract
An HPLC [high pressure liquid chromatography] method for assaying 25(OH)D3 in extracts of human serum is described. The method involves extraction of serum with methanol-dichloromethane and chromatography on a column of Sephadex LH-20 prior to HPLC with quantitation by UV absorbance. Comparison with a CBP [competitive binding protein] assay for 25(OH)D3 showed no difference between the 2 methods. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
