Abstract
An apparatus for the desiccation of bacterial Cultures is described with appropriate sketches as guides in its construction and use. The apparatus is designed for the use of dry ice as a dehydrating agent and reduces the use of adjustable seals and rubber connections to a minimum.Keywords
