Abstract
A case of pulmonary aspergillosis with several unusual features is described. The disease disseminated rapidly throughout both lungs while the patient felt and appeared well. There were multiple abscesses in both lungs. A sudden, lethal pulmonary hemorrhage occurred, but the source of this could not be demonstrated at autopsy. Keywords
