Abstract
The fertilizing capacity of cryopreserved semen of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) was improved when eggs were fertilized in a buffered saline activator solution containing 5 mM theophylline, a caffeine relative that prolongs and intensifies sperm motility.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
