Abstract
A method that directly combines separation of proteins by thin‐layer gel filtration (TLG) with quantitative immunoelectrophoresis is described. All the operations are performed in monolayer gels on a single glass plate. The resolving power of the method is comparable to that of an ordinary column technique monitored by fused rocket immunoelectrophoresis. Keywords
