Abstract
This report provides laboratory experimental evaluation of video transmissions of radiographs over the Remote Medical Diagnosis System (RMDS) advanced development model terminals. The objectives of this evaluation were to obtain quantitative and qualitative data on the functional parameters of the RMDS ADM terminals and components; to define design risks associated with the current approach to RMDS implementation, and to provide baseline data to support follow-on procurement of RMDS engineering development model (EDM) terminals.
