Abstract
The removal of total solids proceeds at a faster rate than the removal of xylan. The solids removed by 5 [image] acid in two hours consisted of about two-thirds xylan and one-third hexosan; about 60 percent of the xylan was removed. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
