Abstract
A numerical analysis of the modified Tomota-Sugiyama-Yamaguchi (TSY) time-division multiplier is compared with an extension of the analysis due to Filipski of the original TSY multiplier. Some errors and inconsistencies in a previous paper by Stabrowski are discussed. It is shown that corrections of less than 100 parts per million up to at least 2 kHz, and for any phase difference, may be achieved.
