Abstract
A statistical approach that applies to the high Kubo number regimes for particle diffusion in stochastic velocity fields is presented. This two-dimensional model describes the partial trapping of the particles in the stochastic field. The results are close to the numerical simulations and also to the estimations based on percolation theory. Keywords
