Two new silver solid electrolytes, having high ionic conductivity, have been found in the systems and . The most remarkable advantage of these electrolytes is their excellent stability in iodine and moisture. The possibility of using these solid ionic conductors in silver‐iodine solid‐state batteries has also been investigated.
