Abstract
When developing a new product, a company needs an explicit disclosure policy. Company personnel need information to coordinate the project. Moreover, communication within the firm can prevent misunderstandings and foster support. Selected outsiders also become privy to the company's progress. Hence, the flows of information are not fully controllable, but a guide on contents and timing can help make evolving products successful. Keywords
