Abstract
Summary: A purified rabies vaccine was prepared using centrifugation and chromatographic techniques to separate rabies antigen from suckling mouse brain tissue used to grow the virus. The vaccine was free of encephalitogenic activity and was devoid of virtually all tissue components that might cause local reactions. It was more potent than either of the two commercial anti-rabies vaccines used in these tests. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
