Abstract
A 10-month-old boy developed chronic diarrhea 2 months after a combined liver, pancreas, and small bowel transplant. Norovirus and adenovirus were detected in multiple stool specimens during a 114-day period. Enteric viral infectious should be considered in solid organ transplant recipients with chronic diarrhea. Keywords
