Abstract
Chemical constituents obtained from Nicotiana tabacum var. "Bright Yellow" callus were nicotine, anatabine, scopoletin, phenols, scopolin, campestrol, phytosterols, strgmasterol, [beta]-sitosterols. The biosynthesis of these compounds are markedly influenced by the IAA and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in the nutrient medium. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
