Abstract
The semimetal barrier planar junction is an excellent candidate for a millimeter-wave detector. It has a high resistance and a very small capacitance, it is electrically and mechanically stable, and it can easily be made in the small-junction limit. We describe the fabrication and characteristics of such junctionsKeywords
