Abstract
Positron annihilation Doppler-broadening measurements have been performed on La-Sr-Cu-O and Y-Ba-Cu-O systems, which are superconductors with high transition temperatures. The line shape parameter of Doppler-broadened spectra shows anomalous increases near the transition temperature. Keywords
