Abstract
Cross sections for proton-hydrogen scattering are calculated using the close coupling method. The wave function is expanded in four hydrogenic states and three orthogonal pseudo-states which are chosen for rapid convergence and numerical convenience. There is good agreement between the results and experimental values. Keywords
