Abstract
Extracts of N. yapurensis Huber (Euphorbiaceae) displayed cytotoxic activity [against mouse P-388 lymphocytic leukemia cells and human oral epidermoid carcinoma KB cells]; from the active fractions, 5 known compounds, acetylaleuritolic acid, scopoletin, hexacosanoic acid, .beta.-sitosterol and .beta.-sitosterol glucoside, were obtained. None of these compounds displayed cytotoxic activity. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
