Abstract
This paper reviews the methods of treatment available for effluents from the meat industry. The treatment processes are briefly described and examples are given of their application to the treatment of meat industry waste waters. Any difficulties associated with the systems are discussed together, with methods of minimising both capital and running costs. Keywords
