Abstract
We have measured the frequency dependence of the thermoelectric power, , in the charge-density-wave state of Mo. A strong frequency dependence with both real and imaginary components was observed, and we interpret our finding in terms of a two-fluid model. We also discuss the criteria of observability of this novel phenomenon in other materials where the electrical conductivity is frequency dependent.
