Abstract
The emission band at 20 x 103 cm-1 in KZnF3 : Ni at T = 10.2 K is calculated as a summation of several phonon contributions within a linear coupling approximation. From the knowledge of the phonon density of states, a quite reasonable agreement with the experimental curve is obtained with just a single coupling parameter S = 3.8Keywords
