Abstract
Two formulations of coumaphos were tested in cattle dipping vats for sedimentation and stripping characteristics. Whereas virtually all coumaphos in a nowable liquid formulation was in homogeneous suspension even after 17days, 72% of the coumaphos in a wet table powder formulation had settled from the top and middle layers within 24 h post dip. On the basis of concentrations of coumaphos in the vats, stripping was not apparent in either formulation after the dipping of more than 3,000 cattle. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
