Abstract
This note reports observations of positive phototaxis in newly hatched larvae of the caddis fly Hydropsyche cockerelli Banks (Trichoptera) and comments upon the possible importance of this behavior in the Columbia River, USA, for dispersal from shoreline sites of oviposition during spring flooding.This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
