Abstract
A solitary choroidal mass underlying the macula of a patient with active pulmonary tuberculosis involuted under antituberculosis therapy. Angiographic study revealed large blood vessels within the mass and secondary changes in overlying retinal vessels. These retinal vessels, despite their ophthalmoscopic configuration, had no demonstrable anastomosis with the vascular tree of the choroid. Keywords
