Abstract
Comparison was made of the his-tological characteristics of 35 cases of normally menstruating endometrium and of 25 cases of bleeding hyper-plastic endometrium. The punch biopsy method was used. A case of hyperplasia showed "Swiss-cheese" pattern only at first examination. Blood and urine were examined for estrin content. A castrated woman showed growth of endometrium and bleeding following administration of estrogenic and corpus luteum hormones. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
