Abstract
An unusual example of Kaposi's sarcoma is reported in which the patient presented with a history of intractable diarrhea of 18 months duration. The roentgenographic and endoscopic findings were those of a segmental colitis. The diagnosis was established following the appearance of skin lesions and after a subtotal colectomy was performed. Kaposi's sarcoma was present in both the skin and colon. Keywords
